The Perfect Season

Spring is here! Birds chirping, flowers blooming, animals being born. It's just a feeling of " new" things. New life. A brand new start.

I happen to love all seasons. My order of "favorite to least" would be... fall, winter, spring, then summer. I used to love summer! Not so much now. It's hot, and where I live, the mosquito could be the state bird! But, I am thankful I live in a place that experiences all four seasons!

I've realized, it doesn't matter which season I prefer, seasons come and seasons go. Each season has good and each season has bad. For instance, spring is beautiful, but ushers in "tornado" season. Winter, to some, is cold and "ugly"...seems like everything is dead. Flowers, leaves, grass... they can't be seen. A lot of people hate snow, but it's the snow that provides a warm blanket over the ground that helps the grain grow. The bitter cold is what kills viruses. I could go on about the good in bad in summer and fall. The point is, every season is needed, and God created every season PERFECT.

Just as the seasons in nature are, so are the seasons in your life. Whatever season you find yourself in... it is needed and it is doing what is supposed to be done. God doesn't do anything wrong. It's perfect.

Whatever season you are in, know that it won't stay. Your season will eventually change. I pray you embrace whatever season you are in, and I believe each season will bring forth great things!
